The Thunder Bay Police Service is requesting that the public and motorists avoid the area of Donald Street East , Syndicate Avenue South, Simpson Street/Arthur
The Thunder Bay Police Service is on scene at a residence in the 400 block of Piccadilly Avenue investigating a report of shots being fired in the area just after 5:30 a.m. on September 17, 2018.
