Today, the Hearing Officer released his decision in the DeBungee matter. A Police Services Act hearing was held in Thunder Bay in May and June of 2022.
An investigation into an interaction between a Thunder Bay Police Service officer and a 17-year-old female dating back to December 1, 2018 has resulted in Police Services Act charges being laid against the involved officer.
