The Thunder Bay Police Service has charged a female connected a recent break-and-enter and theft of a south-side home.

Thunder Bay Police Service officers responded to a call at about 8:40 p.m. on Sunday Aug. 26, 2018 in the area of Cumberland and Pearl Streets to check on the welfare of a half-dressed male wandering into traffic.
