Musab Khamis SABOON turned himself in to the Waterloo Region Police Service around 1 a.m. Tuesday.
SABOON was wanted by the Thunder Bay Police Service on a Canada-wide warrant for First-Degree Murder and Kidnapping in relation to the homicide investigation of Lee CHIODO.
Arrangements are being made to return the accused to Thunder Bay where he will make a future court appearance.
