Following the results of a post-mortem examination and consultation with next of kin, the Thunder Bay Police Service is identifying the victim of the Friday, March 29 homicide as being Robenson SAINT-JEAN, 21, of Ottawa.
Police were originally dispatched to the area Hilldale and Melbourne Roads just after 12:45 p.m. on Friday, March 29, for reports of an injured male.
Paramedics transported the victim to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre where he later died from his injuries.
In the early morning hours of Saturday, March 30, police arrested Jeffrey D R MILLER, 41, of Thunder Bay. MILLER appeared in court that morning and was formally charged with second-degree murder.
The post-mortem examination of the victim took place in Thunder Bay and concluded Monday afternoon.
