Police are continuing to investigate a weekend shooting incident.
Thunder Bay Police Service officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Picton Avenue at about 1:40 a.m. on Saturday, August 3, after receiving reports of gunshots in the area.
Paramedics transported one person to hospital for treatment of injuries that are considered not life threatening.
The Major Crimes Unit and Forensic Identification Unit are involved in the ongoing investigation. A police presence may be visible in the area as the investigation continues.
