A Toronto man arrested in Thunder Bay is facing drug-trafficking related charges after he was found to be unwanted in a north-side home Thursday afternoon.
Thunder Bay Police Service officers with the Community Oriented Response and Engagement Unit attended a residential address in the 100 block of Blucher Avenue just after 2:45 p.m. on Thursday, April 27. The officers’ attendance at that address was the check on an apparent unwanted male there.
An investigation also revealed that the unwanted person was at the home and possibly involved in the drug trafficking trade.
When officers arrived, they located, identified, and removed the unwanted individual – a 39-year-old Toronto man.
Police also seized a quantity of suspected cocaine, cash, and paraphernalia consistent with drug trafficking.
The accused was transported to the TBPS headquarters at 1200 Balmoral Street.
Keegan LEE, 39, of Toronto, is charged with:
• Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking
• Unlawfully in a Dwelling
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000
He has since been released with conditions and a future appearance date.
