Detectives with the Thunder Bay Police Criminal Investigations Branch, have been able to identify the male depicted in the brown jacket seen in the video surveillance images with the assistance of information from the public.
Police are asking for continued assistance from the community to identify the other individual in the photo attached or the individuals in the video (link provided) or to provide any information regarding the disappearance of Justin Duncan.
