One person has been charged with impaired driving after a weekend collision.
Emergency services were called to the area of Simpson Street and Northern Avenue at about 10:15 a.m. on Saturday, July 27, after receiving reports of a motor vehicle collision.
Responding Thunder Bay Police Service officers observed signs that one of the drivers was impaired.
The driver was arrested and taken for further testing.
A 45-year-old woman is charged with Impaired Operation of a Vehicle, Operation of a Motor Vehicle While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus), and Disobeying Order of Court.
The accused appeared in court and has been remanded into custody with a future appearance date.
