The Thunder Bay Police Service is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect connected to a recent convenience store robbery.
Officers were dispatched to the Circle K Convenience Store at 1315 Arthur Street East on Thursday April 11 for a robbery that had just occurred at about 5:15 a.m.
Police learned a male brandishing a knife had entered the store and demanded money and cigarettes from the clerk. The suspect fled the store with an undisclosed amount of cash in a northbound direction on Franklin Street.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian male standing about 5’10” tall with a medium build. He has a brown beard and brown eyes. He was wearing a grey hoodie and dark-coloured sweatpants at the time of the incident.
